The Weight-Loss Workout Formula
Every week we get asked… How often should I workout to lose weight?
Let me first start off by saying any workout or number of workouts is better then none. If you can only make it to the gym 1 time per week that is way better then 0 times per week. If you can only workout for 20 minutes that is way better then 0 minutes.
You might be wondering, well, if I can only make it 1 time per week or for 20 minutes should I even bother?
If you workout 1 time per week for 1 hour that is 52 hours per year of exercise. That could help prevent some unwanted weight gain.
If you are on a mission and want to shed unwanted pounds FAST here is the Weight-Loss Formula.
20 – 30 minutes of Cardio Training 2 – 3 times weekly 20 – 30 minutes of Strength Training 2 – 3 times weekly 40 – 60 minutes of Cardio Training 1 -2 times weekly
That may seem like a lot but the Short Cardio Days and Strength training can be done on the same days. So here is an example schedule.
This is what the weight-loss formula looks like on the low end.
Mon: 20 minutes cardio + 20 minutes strength training = 40 minutes total workout
Wed: 40 minutes Cardio Workout
Fri: 20 minutes cardio + 20 minutes strength training = 40 minutes total workout
Sat & Sun: rest
Here is the schedule that will get you Results Twice as Fast!
Mon: 30 minutes cardio + 30 minutes strength training = 1 Hour total workout
Tues: 1 Hour Cardio Workout
Wed: 30 minutes cardio + 30 minutes strength training = 1 Hour total workout
Thurs: 1 Hour Cardio Workout
Fri: 30 minutes cardio + 30 minutes strength training = 1 Hour total workout
Sat & Sun: rest
There is the secret. If you follow this schedule and workout 3 – 5 days per week along with nutritious eating you will have Dramatic Results Quickly and will be fitting in all your old clothes (or out buying New Clothes!) before you know it!
Please Remember what I said first. If you can’t workout 3-5 days per week and can only workout 1 time per week, DO IT! If you can only walk around your neighborhood for 15 minutes in the morning, DO IT!
Do the best you can do with the time that you have and you will soon be living life more confident, full of energy, and feeling great and proud of your new body.
Wishing you the Best of Health!
