What are you Sacrificing?

What are you willing to sacrifice to reach your goals? The reality is you MUST and WILL make Sacrifices. And if you don't choose what to sacrifice the decision will be made up for you and it won't be good. For example; If you eat fast food and don't workout you will sacrifice your health. If you don't save and spend more money then you make, you sacrifice your finances.

The cool thing is you can DECIDE what you WANT and determine what you will NEED to sacrifice to get it.

A while back, Amanda was competing for a fitness competition and really wanted to get her pro card.

She sacrificed sleeping in and waking up at 5:30am to get two workouts in each day. She sacrificed eating cold fish and vegetables while everyone else desert. She sacrificed going out at night to practice posing and turns. But with all the sacrifices it paid off and she got 1st and won her pro card. The person who comes out on top is usually the person that made the most sacrifices.

So the million dollar question is WHAT do you want and WHAT are you willing to sacrifice?

Maybe you need to sacrifice donuts and soda so you can lose 10lbs.

Maybe you need to sacrifice going out for lunch and taking your lunch to work.

Maybe sacrifice a little time to go to the gym so you have more energy.

I don't know what it is that you need to sacrifice but I do know you need to find out what it is if you are serious about accomplishing something.
