Whoa. That is a lot of Fat!

I got something in the mail a while back and I wanted to share it with you. It is a replica of 5lbs of fat. I want you to take a look at it and see the size of it and how much volume/space it takes up. It is Huge!!!



Now, I want you to pat yourself on the back and give yourself a woot woot if you have lost 5lbs or more.


You may think that 5lbs is not a lot or get discouraged if you only lose 5lbs in 30, 60, or even 90 days, but that is an Awesome Accomplishment.


Think about it this way. To Lose 5lbs, you need to BURN 17,500 calories!


That is nothing to sneeze at.


So if you have lost 5lbs tell yourself good job and keep on going. If you have not lost 5lbs yet, keep it up, it is hard work and not easy but it is SOOOOO WORTH IT!!!
