When we first think about losing weight and getting in shape, we instantly think about dieting and eating less. Which for some eating less is essential but the Biggest Weight-Loss Fail I see is people NOT Eating Enough, especially with you women. (sorry not trying to pick on you)
I know this sounds crazy but hear me out. If you go from eating 2,500 calories to 600 calories per day (which many of you do!) you will lose weight temporarily but what do you think will happen to your metabolism? Remember your metabolism is what controls how many calories you burn throughout the day.
If you do not get enough calories (energy), do you think your metabolism is going to speed up (to burn more calories) or slow down (to burn less calories).
You Guessed Right. It is going to slow down. Your metabolism will slow down and you will burn less calories.
Now your going to have to workout harder and longer then you would of before just to get the same results if any results at all.
So the right thing to do is learn to Eat Right and Start Eating Right FROM the Beginning. You can not live on 600 calories per day for very long and sustain weight-loss.
Eat Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner with Snacks in between. So now you can rejoice and not starve yourself. I promise you will get results faster and they will be long term because you are not dieting but instead changing your lifestyle.
