I have tried so many times to motivate myself to get into better shape, but I never knew how to get started. I would start a challenge and give up after a few days. I joined fit camp for the accountability that it inspires and the group environment. After a few short weeks I felt leaner and stronger. I joined Fit Camp almost 2 years ago as part of a new year’s resolution to be healthier and lose weight. I had never been part of a gym and needed some help getting started. So far I've lost 30lbs and been able to maintain it, which is great! I love working out as a group! I get bored in the weight room, but Fit Camp is fun and upbeat. I also do not have to think about it. I just show up and get in a great workout every time. Fit Camp is for everyone. I have been in classes with people of all ages, weights, and fitness levels.

wHAT is fit camp?
when is it held?
Fit Camp is now free to all gym members as a group class. Classes last 1 hour. Each HT Fitness location has specific days and times they hold Fit Camp. Please check the group class schedule to find the class for you. Group classes are limited, so please arrive early to sign in.
what is class like?
One of the things that makes our program so successful is its variety. You’ll never get bored! We use combination exercises plus cardio to create a super effective way to burn fat and build strength.
Do you have to be fit to join? Heck no! Rule-of-Thumb: If you can walk a min and run a min this is for you!
what can i expect?
The first day may be a little out of your comfort zone, but we promise if you stick with it:

I love the people!! Everyone is so welcoming and motivated. When I first started , I remember thinking “I don’t know these people, I am kind of scared”! I was also scared the workouts would be hard and I would not be able to do them. After my first day, I realized this was totally doable and I made friends right away. I love the workouts they push you so much and they are so fun!!!!! Time went by so quickly and I enjoyed every minute of it.
I had a baby 9 months ago and I decided it was time to lose the baby weight! With Fit Camp I lost 12 lbs. in a month and 3 inches around my waist! I have more energy and my plantar fasciitis issues have disappeared. I like the supportive environment, both from the instructor and the other participants. DO IT! You won't regret it!! It's tough but the results are worth it!

Take advantage of this! You get direct workouts from an instructor that doesn't go lightly and she helps push you through. She also challenges you every single time to make you better, stronger, and helps you to test your limits while seeing amazing results! Do it to add variety to your workout schedule. If you’ve been stuck in a plateau like I was, trust me you will see results. Its for sure worth it for you and your health!!!!
