I have always been active and working out, playing sports etc. so fitness has always been a part of my life.
My biggest challenge/obstacle would be time. I work 6 days a week, 12-14 hours a day. I overcame this by using my time wisely and giving it my best effort everyday.
This it is a great gym! Very clean, staff is very friendly, helpful and always welcoming. The people in this gym all have a goal to be a better version of themselves, so finding motivation in here is never hard!
