• Please sign your child in and out of the Child Care Log.

• Maximum duration of visit is 1 hour.

​

• Child Care is for ages 6 months to 12 years old.

​

• Parents/Guardians must stay on site at all times.

 

• Please label all of your children’s belongings.

 

• Beverages are allowed in plastic containers only.

 

• Food is not allowed in the Child Care area.

 

• If your child is not potty-trained, you will be asked to change their diapers.

 

• Should your child become a discipline problem, we reserve the right to call you from your workout.

 

• No sick children please! This includes but is not limited to: Fever, Diarrhea, Rashes, Colds/Flu
